SPL Meter

SPL stands for "Sound Pressure Level", and this handy little device will help you check the sound levels in your room or theater to make sure you are getting the levels you need in the places you need them most. Helps eliminate "dead" spots and clears up questions using an accurate decibal reading. Great for theatrical performances and film, when you want to make sure unwanted noise is at a minimum, and that performance volume is at an optimal output!

Features include a max/min function, level range display and AC signal output. The microphone on the unit is top-of-the-line electret condenser accurate to +/- 1.5dB. Frequency Weighting: A, C. Auxillary Outputs: AC Signal output. Frequency Range: 31.5Hz to 8KHz. Requires a standard 9V battery (not included).
