Thank you for purchasing the Scent-o-Matic

1. Place Scent Pak on metal tray in front of machine.

2. Turn Machine on. Set on flat surface, or hang so that is flat. Tilting at an angle will spill the gel in the scent pak.

Caution: Keep in mind that the scent pak, and tray that it sits on will get warm. Use caution when handling. The Scent-o-matic will cover a large area, when used in conjunction with the Scent paks provided.

Note: The nose adapts to a scent quickly, so after spending some time around the machine, you may notice that it appears to not smell as strongly, when in fact, your nose has adapted to the scent. If you leave the area for a few minutes, and then re-enter, you will notice the smell again. This type of "scent exhaustion" is normal, and is similar to the experience you have when applying deodorant or perfume.

Spilling the scent gel on to the warm plate can damage your machine an void warranty, so if gel is accidentily spilled, unplug and clean immediately. Plate will get warm, but not real hot - this is normal.
