* Rental - Please Read Carefully:
Rental price does not include shipping or pyrotechnic effects. Effects used with pyro control system must be purchased from us. Pyro cartridges are non-returnable and must be purchased separately. Any damage to the pyro control system, including scratches, dents, breakage or damage in shipping shall be charged to the renter. Renter is responsible for retaining original packing material for return, and insuring all return shipments. Rental price covers cost of pyro control system for three nights only. Pyro control system must be returned on business day immediately following rental period (for a weekend event, this would be on a Monday). Additional rental will be charged for units not returned on time. Units should be returned via regular UPS ground, and tracking number will be used to verify return date. In the event that a unit is damaged, it must still be returned on time. Late fees will not be waived under any circumstances. Renter must insure return shipment for replacement value of the machine. In the event that the pyro control system is destroyed or lost by shipper, renter will be liable for damages. Do not return using third party shippers (such as Mail Boxes Etc.) or post office, must be UPS, AirEx or FedEx only. Pyro control system may be returned by regular ground freight. Expedited shipping (such as next day or two day) is not necessary when returned on time, but returning by other than three specified shippers may incur late fees.

Shipping times are not guaranteed, so leave a couple days extra when possible. We guarantee that we will ship it in a timely fashion, but we do not guarantee actual delivery date since we have no control once it is in the hands of the shipper. If you place your order in advance, we will attempt to get your controller to you at least three days in advance of your event. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the pyro control system rental. Next Day and Two Day shipping is available to most locations for additional shipping charges.

The following must be signed in order to receive pyrotechnical products - All information is kept confidential. A photocopy of your drivers license must also be supplied. Copy may be sent through faxed to us to expidate order at: (859) 253-1962. Copy should then be sent through mail for our files.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges:

1. That he/she is 21 years of age or older.

2. The chemicals and/or supplies purchased have hazardous properties that may endanger life and limb.

3. That he.she is legally qualified to recieve these materials.

In consideration of the sale of chemicals and/or supplies to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby agrees as follows:

1. The undersigned will not use the chemicals and/or supplies in violation of any local, state or federal law.

2. In no event shall the seller, or seller's heirs and assigns, be liable for consequential damages, nor shall seller's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery or use of the chemicals and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the chemicals and/or supplies.

3. There is no warranty that the chemicals and/or supplies are merchantable or that they are fit for a particular use.

4. The undersigned, on behalf of the undersigned, successors and assigns, agrees to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the chemicals and/or supplies.

5. The undersigned agrees that the conditions above apply equally to all current, past and future purchases from Star Light and Magic.
