Step by step instructions for installing a bulb into a pinspot:
(you will need a flat head screwdriver)

Unplug the Pinspot

Remove the ring by unscrewing it to the left.

You will see two wires coming out with forked connectors on the end. The bulb has two screws on the back. The two wires go beneath the two screws. Polarity doesn't matter, so either wire can go to either screw. First attach one wire to one screw...

...then attach the other wire to the other screw, as pictured here.

Then place te bulb back in the light. If you want to add color, you may place a color plastic gel on top of the bulb at this point.

Then screw the cover back, to the right, and you are in business!

Note: If you have a pinspot that is not the "Star Light and Magic" brand, the cover may come off by twisting and popping off, or in some cases, squeezing two prongs and removing. The Star Light and Magic brand of pinspot holds the bulb in more securely than other brands.
