Mini Flash Pot Instructions

Read these instructions very carefully. This product uses flammable material and is for professional use only. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury or liability that is the result of the user's failure to follow the specific instructions stated below.

Directions:

The Mini Flash Pot should be flat mounted on a hard surface away from all flammable materials. Install an Electric Match through the side of the Flash Pot so that the tip is inside the pot. Use a 1/4 teaspoon of Flash Powder to create a white flash and a puff of smoke, you may add Electric Sparkle for a "sparking" look. Be sure to mix the Electric Sparkle thouroughly with the Flash Powder. You may use a piece of flash paper 3" x 4" to create a flash of fire. Be sure the tip of the match is touching the Flash Powder or Flash Paper.

After loading, attach the two wire leads coming from the Electric Match to a section of doorbell wire going back to your means of control. You can attach the other ends of the doorbell wire to any size battery, and put a switch in line of you want to toggle the Flash Pot on. Your effect will be instantly created when you energize the Electric Match.

Caution:

Always completely disconnect the battery before approaching the flash pot or reloading the flash pot.
Let the Flash Pot cool before reloading.
Never at or near people, animals or flammable objects.
Load the pot from an arms length, keeping your face as far away from the device as possible at all times.
Once the flash pot is loaded, treat it as "live" and stay away from the device.
Always test your effect in a safe location before your performance, so you can see how large the effect is and how much clearence you will need.
